If you just go and talk to the management they really are there to help you as long as your honest with them. People think just because it's a trailer park that they can act however they want, well in my opinion this is not a "trailer park" thanks to the management it's a mobile home community with several amenities that many apartment complexes don't even have while still being able to have a "home" with a yard at the most reasonable price in the city. Their rules and regulations are there for a reason though. The management is strict but no stricter than any apartment complex I've lived at. I've lived in the park for a little over two years.
